UPDATE: NLRB Union Rights Posting Requirement is Delayed Indefinitely

On April 17, 2012, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals prevented the NLRB from instituting its notice posting requirement that would have required most private sector employers to post a notice informing employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act.  The rule had been scheduled to take effect on April 30, 2012.  No new date has been announced.  See my prior blog posts for additional information on this topic, or visit the NLRB’s website.
