On February 4, 2016, Lenny Segal was a featured presenter at Minnesota Continuing Legal Education’s program entitled “The Complete Lawyer: Answers to 101 Questions in 12 Areas of Employment Law.” Lenny’s session – “Unlawful Harassment in the Workplace” – addressed nine key issues with regard to workplace harassment including how to determine whether alleged harassment is “unwelcome” or “severe or pervasive,” the standard for liability for unlawful harassment, who is a supervisor for purposes of anti-harassment laws, and the elements of a good anti-harassment policy. Lenny also wrote the corresponding chapter in the book, The Complete Employment Lawyer’s Quick Answer Book.
