On August 5-6, 2013, Lenny Segal presented two different programs for solo and small firm attorneys at Minnesota CLE’s Strategic Solutions for Solo and Small Firms conference in Duluth, Minnesota. The programs Lenny presented were: (1) 10 Important Things You Must Know About Employment Law if You Represent a Business (or Suffer the Consequences). This session addressed ten employment law matters that business should be able to handle correctly, but often don’t. (2) New State Court Rules of Civil Procedure – Significant Changes Effective July 1. This session was designed to familiarize lawyers who litigate in Minnesota state courts with the most significant changes to the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure and the General Rules of Practice for the District Courts that took effect on July 1, 2013.
