Lenny Segal once again presented at Minnesota Continuing Legal Education’s annual Strategic Solutions for Solo & Small Firms Conference that was held in Duluth, Minnesota, from August 2 – 4, 2015. This year, Lenny presented two sessions. His first session was “10 Things Every Attorney Must Know About Employment Law – Whether Representing Employers or Employees.” As the name suggests, this session focused on key employment law matters that attorneys who represent employers or employees need to understand. Lenny’s second session, entitled “New Civil Rules,” addressed the amendments to the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure and General Rules of Practice for the District Courts, which amendments took effect on July 1, 2015.
